Brian S. Thomas graduated from LeMoyne College in 1977 with a BA in economics. He graduated from Rutgers Law School in 1980. He clerked for the Honorable Richard Hill, United States Bankruptcy Judge from 1980 through 1981. He was an associate and later a partner with the law firm of Youngblood, Corcoran et al. He has been a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee since 1981. He was an instructor of law at Glassboro State College (Rowan University) 1979 to 1980. He was also recently an instructor for Stockton State College. He has also served as a member of the Atlantic City Board of Education and has been president of the Chelsea Neighborhood Association since 1994. CNA is the largest civic organization in the City of Atlantic City.
